You also secretly believe that if this person doesn’t even love you then maybe nobody else ever will love you like the way this person used to. Your happiness is dependent on someone else and without them you don’t know how to be happy. You pain of betrayal and loss is deeply rooted in childhood parallels of betrayal and loss. You are terrified of abandonment. You feel like every time an intense relationship doesn’t work out, it re-opens early childhood wounds.

Every Shadow has its twin Spirit: Shadow Integration is the ability to illuminate and bring together both your shadow and your spirit so the power of choice will be returned to you, the soul who chooses.

“The Helpful” Spirit

The Independent Spirit is someone who takes responsibility for their own happiness. You no longer feel the need to control situations or people to feel better about yourself. You don’t attach other people’s behaviors or misbehaviors with your self-esteem and self-worth. You know how to set boundaries, to organize and prioritize your goals, and to self-care. You are in the process of forgiving. Though forgiving others is a journey not an event, you give yourself patience and kindness when you are in the process of letting go and detaching with love. You no longer overthink things or try and psychoanalyze the person you love. You are taking responsibility for your own emotions, you sit with the pain and process it through healthy ways, and you find projects, passions, and communities that you can experience joy with. You don’t think less of yourself but think about yourself less. More and more people can rely on you now because you are taking responsibility for your own welfare. 

Shadow Work Act One Program Starter

The Shadow Work Series is designed to help you transform pain into creative expression so you may discern your true desire from your false one.  The Act One Program Starter series is part of The Producer’s Playbook program, giving you the full lessons on Shadow Work, but delivering it bite-sized to you, through the Mystery of Love revealing in 1 Corinthians 13:12:

Dear Journal-Artist,

Shadow Work can be quite daunting.

When you are faced with tragedy, sometimes that downward spiral down the black hole seems unending.

The world has moved on while your world has frozen in time.

We believe that ghosts will haunt until they are heard.

The Love Story Organization is designed to help you hear the ghosts of your past so that your shadow self, once elusive, now becomes clear, illuminating the parts that needed to express itself, telling you the parts of your story you weren’t yet ready to face at the time (maybe because it was too painful).

Now is the time, because the pain of stagnation has now become greater than the pain of spiritual, emotional, and personal growth.

We will move you through your own Shadow Work process by providing you with a spiritual weapon, a sword of the spirit, blessed by The Holy Spirit, revealed in the Mystery of Love in 1 Corinthians 13:12 when acted upon:

Shadow work is not meant to be done alone. There is a reason why humans must connect. We are designed to love and love is always a connection between two or more divine souls. You are not meant to be isolated, frustrated, and disconnected. You are meant to be interconnected, validated, respected, and liberated.

Shadow work is validating the pain of your past.

Shadow work is designed to bring the soul and the spirit together in compassion because compassion by virtue means to suffer with.

Shadow work is the process of respecting your self because respect is always grounded upon truth and integrating the shadow is the complete truth (the yin and the yang) to the human experience.

Shadow work is the beginning of setting you free because the aim of shadow work is shadow integration. The completion of shadow work is to know good and bad and to exercise your free will in choosing the path that leads to your spiritual freedom.

The shadow is the yin to the yang.

To know your shadow self is to have compassion for the full spectrum that makes you.

The truth is the integrated shadow state, light and dark.

How We Serve:

We serve to improve the mental wellness of all who are experiencing isolation and heartbreak from tragedy, now exacerbated through the Covid Crisis. As long as we still have a pandemic happening across America, our organization will be at the front lines of helping communities deal and heal. 

The monthly Mirror Darkly pass will provide unlimited journaling sessions for 30 days.
